This Privacy Policy explains how EQUALAM (EAM) and the associated Vendbout ecosystem (collectively, "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, process, and disclose information from and about you ("you" or "user") in connection with the EAM Presale, the EAM Smart Contract, and related services (the "Services").

By participating in the EAM Presale, connecting your digital wallet, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We primarily collect information necessary to facilitate the Presale and the function of the ERC-20 smart contract. Due to the decentralized nature of the EAM Smart Contract on the Polygon Mainnet, most data is publicly visible on the blockchain.

• Wallet Address: The unique public address used to purchase EAM tokens.
• Transaction Data: The amount of POL spent, the amount of EAM tokens purchased, the transaction hash, and the timestamp.
• EAM Balance: Your current EAM token balance associated with your wallet address (which is a core function of the ERC-20 standard).

If you opt to purchase EAM using fiat currency (as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions), we may collect the following information through our third-party payment processors or the Vendbout platform, solely for compliance and transaction completion:

• Identity Data (KYC/AML): Full name, date of birth, nationality, and documents required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) regulations (e.g., ID copies, proof of address).
• Contact Data: Email address and phone number.
• Financial Data: Records of fiat payment amounts and associated conversion rates.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

1. To Facilitate the Presale: To process transactions, ensure accurate distribution of EAM tokens, and manage the smart contract, including the buy() and transfer() functions.

Crucial Notice: You acknowledge and agree that your purchased EAM balance and the digital wallet address used for the presale will be shared with the Vendbout ecosystem, its affiliates, and necessary third-party service providers (such as data analytic providers) for the explicit and necessary purpose of facilitating the token’s core idea and utility.

This sharing is essential because EAM's value is tied to "productive human time" within the Vendbout ecosystem. Access to your EAM balance and associated wallet address allows Vendbout to:

• Authenticate you as a token holder.
• Grant access to token-gated utility features, services, and rewards.
• Verify eligibility for ecosystem benefits (e.g., staking, governance, time-based depreciation analysis).
• Measure and quantify the overall economic productivity within the ecosystem.

We may also share your information in the following circumstances:

• Affiliates: With Vendbout's subsidiaries or affiliated companies, provided they adhere to this Privacy Policy.
• Service Providers: With third-party service providers who assist us with payment processing (for fiat), compliance checks (KYC/AML), technical infrastructure, and data analytics.

For data recorded on the Polygon Mainnet, retention is subject to the immutability of the blockchain itself. KYC/AML documents are retained for the period mandated by relevant financial regulations.
